We run bonus schemes for Brightsparks each time they complete 50 shifts. We have also partnered with Hastee Pay so Brightsparks is the only hospitality agency which enables you to access your pay straight after your shift. Join with your friends, make new ones and allow us to help you on your journey to full-time work, post-graduation.
